Welcome to SafeKids! These Terms of Service ("Terms") represent a binding legal agreement between you and the platform developers. By using our Products, including any guest access, you signify your absolute and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.

## 1. Using SafeKids / SafeKidsの利用
SafeKids is a global social platform integrating real-time voice and blockchain innovation (XRPL).
- **Binding Contract**: You confirm you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
- **Minimum Age**: Use is restricted to those 13 and older (or higher depending on local law).
- **Guest Access**: Using the "Guest" feature still binds you to all Terms and Policies.
- **Account Accuracy**: You must provide true and updated information. Failure to do so may result in permanent termination.

## 2. Personalization & AI / パーソナライゼーションとAI
- **Algorithmic Recommendations**: We use your data to personalize your experience.
- **Generative AI (Vibe Coding)**: The platform is developed and maintained via AI-assisted technologies. All resulting IP and code remain the exclusive property of the developer.

## 3. User Content & Licensing / 利用者のコンテンツとライセンス
Anything you transmit or post is "User Content."
- **License**: You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute your content across any media channels.
- **Public Content**: Content shared publicly can be used for promotional and commercial purposes without compensation.
- **Recordings**: We record audio in Talk Rooms for safety, compliance, and investigative purposes. You explicitly consent to being recorded by using these features.

## 4. Trust, Safety & Prohibited Conduct / 信頼、安全、および禁止行為
You agree NOT to:
- Harass, bully, or threaten other users or the developer.
- Scrape data or use automated bots.
- Impersonate others or engage in illegal financial activities.
- Attack or attempt to damage the developer's reputation, personal life, or heritage.

## 5. Third-Party Services & XRPL / サードパーティサービスとXRPL
- **Links**: We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
- **Blockchain**: SafeKids uses the XRP Ledger. The developer is NOT an exchange provider. High-risk blockchain transactions are at your own peril. We disclaim all liability for financial losses on the ledger.

## 6. Premium Services (SafeKids Plus) / プレミアムサービス
- **Fees**: Subscriptions are billed automatically.
- **No Refunds**: All payments are non-refundable except where mandated by law.
- **Termination**: We may cancel your subscription if you violate any part of these Terms.

## 7. Indemnity / 補償
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer, its affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Products or breach of these Terms.

## 8. Disclaimers / 免責事項
THE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

## 9. Limitations of Liability / 責任の制限
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO $100.00.

## 10. Absolute Legal Protection of Developer / 開発者の絶対的な法的保護
**CRITICAL CLAUSE**: This platform represents the life's work and creative legacy of the developer. Any form of attack, litigation, harassment, or threat directed at the developer, their personal assets, or their descendants is strictly prohibited. The developer will seek maximum legal recourse under international and local laws for any malicious targeting of their person or lineage.

## 11. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution / 仲裁と紛争解決
Any dispute will be resolved via binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial or to participate in class actions.

## 12. Governing Law / 準拠法
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California or the developer's local jurisdiction.

## 13. Other Provisions / その他
- **Modifications**: We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
- **Full Agreement**: This document, with the Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement.
